Is it gay for a man to use a hair straighter.?

is it kinda qeeur for a man to use a hair striahgter because i have longkinda puffy hair and i want t it straight but when i look at ther striaghters at the store it has nothing but women face's on it.. do they have any hair straightner for men/? cuase i dont want the cashier looking at me weird. Is it gay for a man to use a hair straighter.?
What you do to your hair has nothing to do with your sexual orientation. And I'm sure the cashier has seen men buying hair straighteners before and wouldn't think twice about it.

I know a lot of guys that straighten their hair and it looks really good :]Is it gay for a man to use a hair straighter.?
no it isnt u can find guys straighteners though and it would work better
no my brother uses my straightener all the time and hes not gay
I don't think so, but who cares. Use it.
Thats the same thing as you seeing women on the haircolor boxes, there's really no difference in the color of the men's ones except for the fact that there are men on them.

It's not queer, just use a straightener , they are the same for everybody, and who cares about the cashier? you should be worried about your friends.
if you feel weird about it, you can mention something like ';oh holiday present for my girlfriend';... i doubt the cashier would care because it's more money for the store. and no i dont think it's gay at all. i think its a good thing when a guy takes care of his looks.
OF COURSE NOT.

guys can straighten their hair if they want to :]]

eh..i'm sure they don't sell straighteners for guys, but who cares
dude we liv in the era of rock n role now are pete wentz, lads from mcfly, 30seconds to mars, lost prophets etc etc all gay....i dont think so and they ALL straitn ther hair plus i see loads of guys walkn down the street with defo sleek straitnd hair that looks obvious thev used straitning irons.

if u just want to tame ur hair then the ghd irons for short hair wud be ideal, and if you google it its called ';ghd straitning irons for short hair OR FOR MEN';

so on ye go dude
yeah i think it kinda is but it's all your choice.

the cashier won't look at u weird because they might think it's a present for your girlfriend...
I have naturally curly hair and i straighten it sometimes.Don't worry!
put it on your ';christmas list';, that way no one will know its for you... but no its not queer
nope my brother uses a hair straigtener..... and im positive he is'nt gay....plus who gives a crap what the cashier thinks.if it bothers u that much say something like ';it's for my girlfriend, i hope she likes it';.
NO!!!

I straighten MY Bf's hair all the time HE'S HOTT!!! with a GHD straightener especially for short hair, Then I apply hair serum to keep it soft before adding a special SPF 30 Hair gel to protect it, Give it depth and to add Volume...

He's got really nice hair and he's really good with his hands as well.... hehe

HTH :)
i have a classmate who starightens his hair

with a starighter, no one cares he looks fine.

and dont worry the cashier wont look at you wierd just cuz ur a guy buying a staighter and ur a guy. and no they dont have men staightners.
Not at all. I know a few guys with hair like yours that use hairstraighteners.

They shouldnt look at you weirdly and who cares if they do?

They will probably just be glad they made a sale.

and you could always say its for you girlfriend or something.

:)
omg if you want straight hair use one, its not gay. you wont get weird looks, i know like 100 guys who straighten there hair everyday, including myself, imagind buy girls jeans, by yourself, and the cashier is like a good 2 years younger than you, awkward, yes.
No.

Don't be mean.
no any man who thinks a guys straitening their hair can shove it.

you do what you feel comfortable.

I was wondering, is it possible for a man with thin, straight and flat hair to make it a little thicker.?

Also, I would like to get it to go ';up and back'; if you now what I mean. I guess the only example I would have offhand would be The Proclaimer's hairstyles. If you know any styling techniques to get it that way, or a really good site which can tell me, let me know.I was wondering, is it possible for a man with thin, straight and flat hair to make it a little thicker.?
blowdry hair while brushing up and use volumizing hairspray for hold.I was wondering, is it possible for a man with thin, straight and flat hair to make it a little thicker.?
Use mousse, not gel. Mousse expands hair and gel flatens it!

A man, homozygous for curly hair reproduces with his wife who has straight hair, what's the hair of the child

The gene for hair texture is incompletely dominant, which means the phenotype is a blend of the two parental types.

(This is different from codominant, in that codominance expresses *both* dominant traits instead of an intermediate between the two. The easiest example of this is the ABO blood types, in which the dominant trait is always expressed over the recessive trait (O). So if someone is AO, the recessive one gets thrown out and they just have type A blood. If someone is AB though, they express type A *and* type B, there is no blend between A and B with codominance.)

So with incomplete dominance in the hair trait, the intermediate between curly and straight is wavy, which will be expressed.A man, homozygous for curly hair reproduces with his wife who has straight hair, what's the hair of the child
The question doesn't give enough information. Which allele is dominant or are they codominant.

I think hair genes are codominant so the child will have wavy hair in between curly and straight.A man, homozygous for curly hair reproduces with his wife who has straight hair, what's the hair of the child
Assuming curly hair is the recessive trait, and the dad's genotype is (ss). If the mom is homozygous for straight hair (SS) the child's hair is straight (Ss). If she is not then the child's hair can be straight (Ss) or curly (ss).

But like most traits, more that one gene may affect the phenotype. So, my answer only works if they aren't codominant, if more that one gene doesn't affect the trait, and if they don't show incomplete dominance. The child's hair may be intermediate between the two parents (wavy).
more often than not, it's the woman's side that determines the hair. my mom's side is massively curly, and my dome is like a brillo pad if i let it grow.

Poll for the GUYS (as in men): Do you prefer curly hair or straight hair on a girl?

This sounds like a dumb question, but I'm trying to look as hot as possible for my boyfriend. Thank you for voting :)Poll for the GUYS (as in men): Do you prefer curly hair or straight hair on a girl?
curly hair always sexier to mePoll for the GUYS (as in men): Do you prefer curly hair or straight hair on a girl?
it depends on the guy really. but if a guy seriously liked you, he wouldnt care. at all. i have really curcly hair and i used to be self conscious about it until i realized that mature guys dont care about whether hair is curly or straight. in general straight hair is good because it doesnt get messy as easily and its more tame but curly hair tends to look cooler and more free although it takes a lot of work to maintain. so they both have their pros and cons
Lol. Well, it would probably be best to ask your boyfriend. I love straight hair, but nothing makes me melt more than seeing my girlfriend in pjs and hair in a messy bun. Gorgeous. =].
I prefer straight hair. Curly hair seems very pretentious when it's obvious that it was burned that way.
It depends on you. How your face looks. I always liked long straight hair. But I have seen women that look better with short curly hair. So it is very hard to say.
Natural curly wavy hair.
As long as it looks healthy and natural, that's the important thing.
Curly Hair
wavy
Straight hair.

Around shoulder-length, sometimes straight sometimes wavy.

I've seen some gorgeous girls with short hair, though it is not what I prefer.
